Terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of the ERPY website, console and workspaces (the "Service"), provided by [Legal entity name, legal form], [Registered address] ("ERPY"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms.

1. The Service

ERPY is an ERP platform. From the console, account holders can create workspaces ("tenants"), each with its own database and subdomain, and edit or delete them. Features may change as the Service evolves.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for the activity performed with your account.
• If you create a tenant on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

3. Tenants

• The account that creates a tenant is its owner and can edit its name, description and logo, or delete it.
• The tenant identifier and its subdomain cannot be changed after creation.
• Deleting a tenant is permanent: its database, its data and its logo are deleted and cannot be recovered. Export anything you need to keep beforehand.
• We may refuse or reclaim identifiers that are reserved, misleading or that infringe the rights of others.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to store unlawful content;
• try to access workspaces, accounts or data that you are not authorized to access;
• disrupt, overload or attempt to bypass the security of the Service;
• resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written agreement.

5. Your data

You keep all rights to the data you store in your workspaces. You grant ERPY the rights needed to host and process that data solely to provide the Service. Our use of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it is provided "as is". Interruptions may occur, in particular for maintenance or because of our hosting providers.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ERPY is not liable for indirect damages such as loss of profit or loss of data resulting from the use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your tenants at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, after notice when the situation allows it.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
